A dense and healing bread that is vegan and gluten free.
1 cup cooked brown rice
2/3 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup millet flour, or quinoa flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup pear juice, or apple juice
1/2 cup spring water
2 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil
handful of raw sesame seeds (optional)
Cook 1 cup of brown rice (with 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt) and let cool. In a large wooden bowl, add the ingredients in the order listed above. With your hands, combine together and take a moment - feel the love in your heart center, send this loving energy down your arms, your hands and out through your fingertips into the beautiful ingredients you have collected from the Earth. If you'd like, repeat this healing mantra 3 times, Om Shree Dhanvantre Namaha. Mixture will appear soupy. Pour mixture into a rectangular bread dish lined with a little olive oil. You may also sprinkle the bottom of the pan with raw sesame seeds. Cook in a convection oven for one hour at 350 degrees until top is golden brown. Share with loved ones.
