Please join us for a beautiful seaside workshop The Gift of Ritual to connect to Mother Earth and the healing rhythms within you. We will come together in a sacred circle and explore native ritual, opening to our spiritual wisdom and connecting to nature through our luminous body.
We will begin with a 1-mile mindful walk on the Wild Birds Nature Trail, through the oak and red cedar forest, which is home to many rare and endangered species of birds. We will continue through the wildflower fields and to the sandy beach along Jessup’s Neck Peninsula. It is here we will sit, surrounded by bay waters, and be with Mama Qocha, the feminine spirit of the Sea.
You will learn / experience:
- How to create a Five Element Healing Altar with the elementals Earth, Water, Air, Fire, Spirit and open Sacred Space for healing based on the Q’ero tradition of Peru.
- The Hawaiian Huna of Ho’opnopono, a gentle mantra meditation for healing and forgiveness.
- As we lay on the belly of Mother Earth and travel inward on a Shamanic Journey, grounding and connecting to the heartbeat of the land and following the Buffalo spirit drum as we flow into an altered state of consciousness for personal healing and the healing of Pachamama.
- An introduction to Andean energy healing practices as we cleanse our energy bodies, uniting Mother Earth and Father Sky in our inner and outer world.
I am passionate about teaching shamanic healing practices to guide and inspire beings into their true essence and empower them into self healing and the healing of the natural world. I first offered my class in the desert of Joshua Tree for the Spirit Weavers Gathering and I am happy to bring this class to my homeland. To tap into the energy that pulses beneath the Earth here and streams down from the Cosmos. To honor the natives who blessed this land in ritual and ceremony and whose love we feel today through the stones, trees, wildflowers, birds andMama Qocha, Mother Ocean - All of life.
With this wisdom you will be deeply nourished, aligning with a path of truth and feeling care for yourself and your loved ones, the animals and flowers, plants, trees and vegetables that nourish your soul and your body.
